The Faulkner County Historical Society will hold its annual meeting Thursday, March 14, 2019, 5:30 p.m. at the Greenbrier High School Auditorium. If you would like to serve on the Faulkner County Historical Society board of directors, please contact Judy Corcoran, secretary/treasurer. 2019 Membership dues must be paid by January 31, 2018 to be considered.

After the business meeting, guest speaker Jim Yeager, author of “Backroads and Ballplayers: A collection of Stories about Famous (and Not So Famous) Professional Ball Players from Rural Arkansas (2018),” will speak. A book-signing and refreshments will follow.

7 p.m. book signing and refreshments
