Dr. Harry Warren Readnour, 78, a long-time active supporter of the Faulkner County Museum, died at his home on December 15, 2017 in Conway, Arkansas.

Workin’ Bridges is seeking donations of $50 and $450 to paint the safety rails on the soon-to-be-restored Springfield-Des Arc bridge that will be located in Beaverfork Park.
A “bridge update” is set for Wednesday, May 3, at 4pm at the Kings Event Center on Front Street. All donations are tax-deductible; the non-profit organization works across the country saving these old bridges.

On Saturday, April 22, at 10 am a representative of the Workin’ Bridges Company will be at Beaverfork Park in Conway where the bridge will be located to give an update on the process of reinstalling the structure.
She will also report on several archeological discoveries that have been made during the work.
